One of our supervisors will visit to carry out the necessary safety assessments and to note all the details we need to go through before we start the care. This will, of course, include start dates and any other instructions you may have for us. We will then arrange for the Personal Assistant to arrive on the requested day.
On the first day the Majesty Healthcare Personal Assistant will arrive at an agreed time, they will produce a work identification and introduce themselves, so that you get to know one another. But it doesn’t stop there. Our Supervisor will keep in contact with you on a regular basis to make sure that everything continues to run smoothly.
Majesty Healthcare is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This body set the minimum standards by which we operate, however in every case we seek to exceed these minimum standards by a significant margin. This board have standards which set out how we should operate.
